皆さんこんにちは、佐藤理仁（みちひと）と申します。
私は大好きだった祖父の関節リウマチを治したいと医師になりました。
皆さんは、関節リウマチの診断・治療がここ10年でとっても進歩したのをご存知でしょうか？

レントゲンでは分からない早期のリウマチもみつけられる最新の検査である「関節エコー」と、
リウマチの特効薬である「生物学的製剤の治療」の登場、この2つによってリウマチの診断・治療はとても良くなりました。
私が医師になったのはちょうどこの10年前であり、「関節エコー」と「生物学的製剤」の2つをたくさん学ばせて頂きました。
2016年9月にさとう内科ファミリークリニックを開院させて頂いてからも、「関節エコーでの早期診断」と「生物学的製剤での早期治療」に力をいれております。
現在、戸田市だけでなく、さいたま市、蕨市、川口市、板橋区など、多くの方にお越し頂きリウマチ診療をさせて頂いております。

また病院で働いていたころ、肺炎などの感染症で入院されるリウマチの方が多いのをみて大変心を痛めておりました。感染症などでの入院される方を限りなくゼロにしたいと強く思い、定期的な血液検査での感染症・副作用の早期発見、カビ肺炎予防のバクタ予防内服、治療開始前のCT検査を含めた感染症チェックをおこなっております。

など皆さん笑顔を見ることが何より嬉しく、毎日診療させて頂いております。

日々の診療の中で、関節リウマチの痛みだけでなく将来の不安を皆さん少なからず抱えていらっしゃると感じていました。私の祖父もそうでした。
そんな皆さんの不安や疑問に笑顔でお答えし、少しでも不安と疑問が無くなり、皆さんに笑顔になって頂きたいなと思っております。「笑顔の診察室」そんなリウマチ診療を目指して頑張ります。「リウマチが心配な方」「関節エコー検査を一度も受けたことがない方」「将来変形が起きないか心配な方」、皆さんどうぞご相談くださいね。
